A Way Away will never give, sell, lease or in any way make available the information you supply us with to any organization or individual other than A Way Away.com. All information supplied by you to us will be used only by us to provide you with more security, better service and features.

System Mails

When you submit a link for inclusion at A Way Away, you will receive several emails to the address you provided.

1. An email asking you to confirm your identity and your submission.

2. Upon your confimation and following admin review, you will receive an email either accepting or rejecting your submission.

3. Although highly unlikely, A Way Away may contact you if we find it neccessary to amend your listing. This will only be done in extreme circumstances and only if your submission no longer conforms to our guidlines, set out in 'Submission Guidelines'.

Contacting you

A Way Away may, from time to time, contact you using the details you supplied upon registration, with regard to site updates, upgrades, maintenance and new features.

Registration

Although it is recommended, it is NOT currently a requirement to register on this website to submit a website to our directory. However, it is a requirement upon submission, that you provide a valid email address so that your identity can be confirmed. Without this, your submission cannot be approved. In addition to your email address, you local IP address is also stored

Affiliate Registration

When registering as an affiliate, A Way Away will collect certain additional information about you so that we are able to issue affiliate payments.

Website details

By the very nature of this site, when you submit your website details for inclusion, you site details, including URL, Title, Description and meta-details can be accessed throughout the internet. As this is the main purpose of this website, you agree that these details may be accessed by other entities on the internet. These include, but are not limited to all of the major search engines and other directories. Only information regarding the submitted website will be accessable. All other personal data, such as name and email address will not be made available and is securely stored.

Data access / deletion

A Way Away will, upon request, provide all relevent information pertaining to you and your submission/s. To do this, we require an email from the address and the name that you originally supplied to us. If you so wish, we will delete all data on you. If you do ask us to delete your personal data from our system, this will include all submission that were made with your name/email address.
